TRANSFORMATIONAL BREATH

 

Transformational Breath is a powerful self-healing technique founded by Dr. Judith Kravitz. 

 

Through the Transformational Breathing Session you will restore your breathing pattern permanently into a deep full diaphragmatic breath.  This breathing not only opens up and corrects old ineffective ways of breathing, but also teaches individuals to use their breathing to reduce stress, increase energy, heighten self awareness, heal emotional traumas, and connect more fully with Spirit.  Through this process, cell memory will be cleared of negative energy on all levels which allow you to feel vital, young and comfortable with yourself as well as relations with others.

 

The first thing we do in Transformational Breathing is open up and clear these restricted breathing patterns.  Transformational Breathing facilitators teach people to breathe more effectively and easily by retraining them to use their entire respiratory system.

 

There are many and varied benefits from learning to breathe better.  Although the specific results one achieves depend a lot upon the intention one brings to their breathing sessions, just about everyone who practices this breathing reports feeling reduced stress, more peace and joy, and most notably—increased energy.

 

What is a Transformational Breath session?
 

For approximately 1 hour you will be facilitated in the Transformational Breathing pattern which is described as like a continuously flowing wave.  Drawing the breath in through the mouth starting from the abdomen, then connecting the whole respiratory system and without pausing, relaxing the exhale with a soft sigh and lifting the breath back up in a continuous flow.  This pattern creates a high vibration, full circuit of energy in which ‘entrainment’ happens naturally.  The scientific principle of entrainment states that when a high-frequency energy field is introduced to a low-frequency energy pattern for a period of time, the latter is compelled to match or closely resemble the higher frequency.  To safely facilitate this process, the following tools are used: hands on coaching, body mapping, toning (sound), intention, affirmations and invocations.

 

Within the session you will bring active transformation to all stages of consciousness (physical, mental and spiritual).

 

A session takes from 1 ½  to 2 hours depending on coaching time before and after the session.
