Yoga with Robin Clements from Baja Wellness

As I awake to the fresh morning sunrise, ocean breeze, and the birds singing here in Los Cabos.
I gather a few mangos that had just dropped from the mango tree and looking forward to a morning yoga class with Robin Clements from Baja Wellness.
On my way to yoga I am thinking about what I need from a yoga class physically and spiritually.
To my surprise I am pleased to find that Robin intuitively meeting these needs from beginning to end as he guides his class with such grace.
I feel a soothing warmth flowing through my body-mind as Robin guides us through breath and yoga postures that feel “just right”.
A flow that is strengthening and yet releasing muscle tension and pain. Bringing flexibility, balance and vitality to my entire being.
Knowing that Robin Clements is a Professional Massage Therapist and skilled Body Worker I trust that his asanas will not cause injury or pain. Hearing Robin take precaution about how we utilize the yoga postures I am able to open up with peace of mind.
