Expanding Awareness Through Alphabiotics
Alphabiotics is practiced locally by Robin Clements D.D.
Alphabiotics involves a real way to engage the very best part of your self – your Greater Self. With this enhanced connection you will find it easier to perform and stay centered during the turmoil and pressures of these stressful times. You will experience greater strength, harmony and ease in your life and living. This remarkable approach allows you to reach a level of sustained awareness as well as a state of profound mental and physical balance that most adults rarely achieve. It holds the key to bringing about very positive life changes.
It’s a proper and proven way to stop stress from needlessly draining your Life Energy.
‘Stress’ and how we deal with it
The body’s most basic drive is self preservation. Since the dawn of human existence, the body has relied on the ‘fight or flight’ response as it’s first line of defense, when the body perceives danger, we instantly reach a state of readiness. Neurological stress-switches come on activating powerful hormones that push the body’s vital systems into ‘high gear’ where the decision is made either to fight the danger or to run away from it. Muscles harden, heart rate and blood pressure jump, the breath becomes sharp and shallow, thinking becomes more simplistic (we shift into a dominant brain hemisphere) and digestion slows as the flow of blood to large muscles takes precedence. Every cell in the body is shouting ‘fight…… or get out of here’.
We now know that the brain is an energy accumulating, energy transforming, energy transmitting device. It sends power and life into all parts of the body. When stressed, we lateralize hemispherically, one side of the brain becomes excessively weakened and the other side excessively contracted. We focus a huge amount of energy that is normally directed into the body, outward, ready for battle. Our energy works in a priority way, if we perceive a threat, whether it is physical or psychological, it could mean life or death and the stress response takes over. If there is real danger this is appropriate for a short period of time, but when it persists, stress becomes accumulative and leads to many modern imbalances. In other words, the ‘fight or flight’ response has been an important tool of our evolutional development and our survival but we are now in a whole different ballgame and our game skills have not improved.
The problem is that because we have so much on our plates everyday, we are constantly on ‘emergency standby’, locked into one hemisphere of the brain and therefore, week on one side of the body and tightly locked up on the other side of the body, out of balance with gravity and heading down.
When we are out of balance (left image), our bodies try to compensate,
causing re-enforcement of the stress patterns.

The body is an expression of the mind. What is above is below. Every thought, every emotion sends a chemical message throughout the body. A peaceful and balanced mind reflects a relaxed and symmetrical body. A stressed and outer-reactive mind results in a tense and crooked body. The body speaks the truth in this sense and today this defensive posture is apparent in children very early in the first stages of life. Sloan-Kettering Hospital did a lengthily study 8 years ago and concluded that 80% of our children, from the birth process alone are already locked into an inappropriate stress-state. When outside stress is greater than inside resistance, there is a problem and imbalance results.
We now know that there are 2 separate hemispheres in the brain. Each hemisphere controls, regulates and coordinates activity in the opposite half of the body (right hemisphere controls the left side of the body….). The right hemisphere has to do with feeling, creativity, emotions, music, and non-linear thinking. The left hemisphere has to do with logic, analysis, judgment, rationality and linear thinking. We develop a dominant hemisphere in the brain in the womb. 99% of all adults are inappropriately stress locked in their dominant hemisphere.
What happens in the body when we ‘stay’ locked in our dominant hemisphere is a visible, measurable sequence of interesting phenomena. The passive brain hemisphere partially shifts down and the side of the body it controls becomes markedly weakened. The dominant hemisphere becomes overly active and the side of the body it controls becomes more tense and rigid. This loss of muscular polarity causes structural imbalance, particularly in the spinal column. One side of the body lacks life energy and the opposite side stays contracted and tight. Eventually this long sequence of imbalance over many years creates spinal stress areas. The spinal column is like a circuit board to all areas of the body, sending life energy throughout. A spinal stress area is like a brown out which cuts off energy to a specific organ. For years studies have traced degenerative organs back to a place in the spine where there was, what Chiropractors call a ‘sublixation’ which means; less than life expression.
The body will warn you with come and go symptoms for many years until eventually it get’s your undivided attention and there is a lot of work to do, to get back on track.
It is now common knowledge that if we keep the body moving, eat a nutritious diet, sleep well, drink plenty of liquids, take our vitamins and exchange love with others we will live a healthier, longer lasting life. Human beings are like batteries, each of us, like a battery has a limited amount of available energy. At any given time we are either charging or discharging (we are either moving up or down). When we continually discharge we get progressively weaker and weaker. Unfortunately today, the things that discharge us are much more prevalent than those that charge us. Ultimately we run out of energy and we are unable to continue.
Alphabiotics is an applied philosophy grounded in Quantum Physics. It involves a hands on process that allows the body to reorganize and maintain a profound state of balance. As a result, higher levels of brain function are accessed, both hemispheres of the brain are able to function in harmony and the stress pattern is reversed, allowing the body to function in a more favorable place to heal itself.
We know that as a result of life’s challenges, i.e. stress, pressures, and tension, we can inadvertently turn away and partially disconnect from our fundamental Power Source. Our intent, in Alphabiotics, is to help people reconnect. We do this in a positive, hands-on, proven way.
When a solid reconnection is accomplished and sustained, the Power that supports and cares for us brings about more proper conditions. Our job then, is to maintain this appropriate connection. When we do, our lives work better at every level of our being.
The human body is truly magic beyond our comprehension when we are able to express our natural potential.
