We have a team of certified yoga teachers that are able to attend to all levels of practice, from beginner to advanced in the confort of your villa, yatch or beach space.
At its most practical level yoga is a process of becoming more aware of who we are. Yoga techniques facilitate balance and health, and unfold our dormant potential. Yoga allows us to be more aware of ourselves and feel connected. As such, yoga is a process of self-discovery. This leads us to self-mastery and self- realization.
Yoga is best known as a set of physical practices that include gentle stretches, breathing techniques, and progressive deep relaxation. These physical practices are intended to ready the body and mind for meditation as well as for a meditative perspective on life.
The types of yoga we offer vary and can be adjusted to the needs of the participants, such include: Restorative/Alignment Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Pranayama, and Meditation.
Classes are 1hr or 1.5hrs.
Be it that you want to start a practice, build on your own practice or just connect with a local yogini, we offer private personal and group yoga classes to your home, villa, yatcht or beach space.
